Vegan Brownie Skewers

These brownie skewers will be the perfect edition to your summer bbqs and picnics this summer. I was kindly gifted a box of treats from freedommallows. And I knew instantly these skewers would be the perfect thing to make! The ingredients and recipe for this tasty snack is below:

šŸŒ±Ingredients for vegan brownies:
140 grams plain flour (sifted)
20 grams cocoa powder (sifted)
200 grams caster sugar
80 ml vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
240ml of almond milk
100 grams vegan milk chocolate
100 grams vegan dark chocolate
Bag of Freedom Mallows mini pink and white vanilla bites (75 grams)

šŸŒ±Ingredients for skewers:
Freedom Mallows of choice
Strawberries (or any other fruit of choice)
Brownies that you have just made
100 grams of chocolate to melt to dip your skewers in

-Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line an 8-inch square tin with baking paper.
-In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, cocoa powder and sugar and mix.
-Then add the oil, vanilla, and almond milk ā€“ mix until smooth.
-Break up the 100 grams of milk chocolate and 100 grams of dark chocolate and mix in these pieces carefully ā€“ keeping them in pieces makes the brownies more gooey
-Then add the bag of the mini white and pink vanilla bites and mix it all together
-Transfer mixture to the tin and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean
